Upcycling

From Waste to Worth

We transform textile waste, deadstock, surplus fabric and production scraps into functional, beautiful products — for ourselves, and for the brands we partner with.

What We Do

Every year, fashion and textile businesses generate enormous volumes of fabric that never becomes a finished product — offcuts, deadstock, surplus rolls, rejected prints. Most of it ends up in landfill or is incinerated.

At Ezaar, we see that waste differently. We collect it, sort it by hand, and route it into a design and craft process that gives it a second life — as bags, home goods, stationery, accessories, and gifting products. Nothing about the process is automated; every piece is shaped by the artisans who work with us.
