Cancelation Policy:
Orders can be canceled only if they are not shipped. Once shipped no cancelation will be accepted.

Exchange Policy:
No return only exchange.


​Return Policy:

We don’t have a return policy in place. However, you can request us for an exchange or replacement. Replacement will be subject to stock availability, and the normal turnaround time will not apply in case of replacement requests. You can inform us about exchange by writing to us at ezaarcollective@gmail.com within 3 days of the receipt of goods from us. Clearly state the reason for exchange along with the photograph of the piece in case of damaged or wrong goods received. Once we verify the case, we will initiate the exchange.We have a 7 day exchange policy for any unused product that you may have purchased from us. This period will start from the date of delivery at your location. However, in case of receipt of damaged products, kindly share a picture highlighting the damage on the day of receipt itself. The 7 day window will remain applicable for dispatch at your end. Further, in case of damaged goods, we hold the right to request further evidence of damage.

In case your exchange request is approved, you will need to send back the product to us along with the original packing and invoice. Shipment cost of return is borne by you.

  • Ezaar Collective will continue to hold the overall discretion in all requests for exchange.
  • Kindly use our contact details for inquiries and shipping related to exchanges and replacements.
  • Upon receipt of the products from your end, we will decide on the request and notify you on the contact details provided by you. Lack of response at your end will lead to cancellation of request after 24 hours.
  • Please note that return and replacement is not applicable on sale items.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns/exchange that we were not notified about first.

 

  • No return, refunds or exchange will be given in the following cases:
  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by courier company

 

  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there will be some variation from the photographs on our website.
  • If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
